HELPING OUT Artist LeRoy Neiman (left) hosted a cocktail reception at his studio to celebrate the formation of the Leroy Neiman Center at the Arts Horizons building in Harlem. "A year ago I became aware of these talented youngsters but unfortunately the lack of funds held back their artistic progress," Neiman told me. "So I decided to donate $1 million to help them continue their studies." Among the celebrity guests were singer/songwriters Michael Feinstein (right) and Neil Sedaka and actress Celeste Holm.
